A deposit of 50% of the total stay is required to confirm your reservation. Your dates are held once the deposit is received — until then, they remain open to other requests.

The remaining balance is due once at the property.

Yes, a refundable security deposit is requested prior to arrival, separate from the rental cost. It covers any damage or missing items during your stay and is fully refunded within 7 days of departure, once the villa has been checked.

Prices are quoted in euros (EUR). If you pay by card in another currency, your bank may apply its own exchange rate and fees.

Cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival receive a full refund of the deposit, minus a 5% administration fee. Cancellations between 30 and 60 days before arrival receive a 50% refund of amounts paid. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Date changes are possible, subject to availability, up to 30 days before your original arrival date, at no extra charge. Requests within 30 days are treated as a cancellation and a new booking.

We assess these situations individually and always try to find a fair solution, such as a date change or partial credit toward a future stay. We recommend travel insurance to cover cancellations outside our control.

Yes. Given the logistics involved in reaching the villa, we strongly recommend travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, interruption, and medical emergencies.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is at noon. Earlier check-in or later check-out can often be arranged on request, depending on the calendar.

Private transfer from Marrakech Menara Airport can be arranged for an additional fee. Let us know your flight details when booking and we will organize your driver.

Both. Individual rooms can be booked on their own, or you can privatize the entire villa for exclusive use — ideal for families, groups, or private events.

Yes, a housekeeping and on-site team is included to look after the villa throughout your stay. Additional services such as a private chef can be arranged on request.
